What Is CARESYS?

CARESYS (electroporation) is an advanced treatment technology that originated from genetic research for cancer treatment. It uses electrical pulses to create temporary pathways between cells, allowing large-molecule skincare ingredients that do not normally penetrate the skin to reach the deeper layers of the dermis. It is a cosmetic device that applies this medical technology.

Compared with iontophoresis, which is often used as a point of comparison, CARESYS can deliver approximately 20 times more active ingredients. Because it uses electrical energy without needles, CARESYS is also known as “needle-free therapy.” The treatment is painless and does not create wounds, making it highly safe.

Our clinic uses an advanced version of conventional CARESYS electroporation. It combines electroporation with cryo technology, allowing active ingredients to be delivered while the temperature is adjusted from 45°C to −20°C. This is called cryo-electroporation. Compared with conventional electroporation, cooling constricts the blood vessels and helps the delivered ingredients remain in the skin longer, allowing them to work more effectively.

Delivering active ingredients in cooling mode may also help reduce downtime after treatments such as IPL, laser facials, and peels.

• Due to limited space, companions who do not have an appointment cannot wait inside the clinic.
• The clinic operates by appointment only. If you arrive 10 minutes or more late, your treatment time may be shortened or treatment may be declined. In that case, the session may be counted as used.
• If you cancel on the day of your appointment, the purchased service, including treatment or medication purchases, will be counted as used. Same-day appointment changes are subject to a ¥3,300 fee (tax included) and are available only if another appointment slot is open.
