Refund policy

Eligible Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience (change of mind). However, exceptions apply if the product is defective, damaged, or if an incorrect item was delivered due to our error.

  • Notification Period: Please contact us via email within 3 days of receiving your product (delivery date).
  • Prior Notice Required: We cannot accept returned items without prior email notification.
  • Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. (However, we will cover the shipping costs if the product is defective or incorrect).
  • Transaction Fees: Any fees associated with issuing a refund (such as bank transfer fees) will be deducted from the refund amount or borne by the customer.

◆ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • The product has been stained, damaged, or altered by the customer.
  • The return is based on customer preference (e.g., "The item looks different from what I expected"). We highly encourage you to ask any questions you may have before purchasing to ensure complete satisfaction.

◆ Defective Products

While we maintain a strict quality control system, in the rare event that you receive a defective item, we will replace it with a non-defective product in accordance with our inspection standards.

  • If the item is out of stock and a replacement cannot be provided, we will issue a full refund to your designated bank account.
  • We will cover all shipping costs incurred during the initial defect exchange process.

◆ Missing or Incorrect Items

We take great care in our inspection and packaging process. However, if you receive an incorrect item or if an item is missing from your order, we will promptly send the correct items or complete your order.

  • We will cover all shipping costs required for reshipping or exchanging the items.
  • Exceptions: You may be required to cover the shipping costs if any of the following apply:
    • More than 7 days have passed since the product was delivered.
    • The product shows signs of scratches or damage caused by customer negligence.

 

Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact us via our dedicated English Line at least 48 hours prior to your next billing date. Once your cancellation request is processed and completed, you will not be charged for the following billing cycle.

  • Required Information: When contacting us for cancellation, please include your Order Number and state clearly that you wish to cancel.
  • Processed Payments: We may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests if the payment for the upcoming cycle has already been processed.
  • Shipped Orders: Please note that we cannot cancel an order if the product has already been shipped prior to your cancellation request.
