A generous 1,000mg of vitamin C is enclosed inside a capsule made of phospholipids that are absorbed by the human body.

Two types of vitamins in one capsule
Vitamin C is water-soluble and Vitamin D is fat-soluble.
Taking advantage of this property, vitamin C can be trapped in the hydrophilic groups inside the phospholipid capsule, and vitamin D in the hydrophobic groups within the double membrane, allowing you to efficiently ingest vitamins all at once.
