- Visit the Elifa Clinic in Meguro for your consultation, and to receive treatment.
(If the doctor decides not to proceed with the treatment, you’ll receive a full refund)

Terms and Conditions
This special plan is designed to help customers start their treatment with peace of mind. Please take note of the following points:
- Eligibility: This campaign is limited to 1 coupon per patient per month
- Language Support: Please note that services are available in Japanese only. We currently do not have foreign language speaking staff on-site.
- Punctuality: As the clinic operates on a strict reservation system, arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened consultation or cancellation.
- Private Clinical Space: To maintain a tranquil and focused environment for all guests, our clinic operates with strict capacity standards. We kindly ask that you arrive unaccompanied, as our waiting area is reserved exclusively for scheduled clients and cannot accommodate companions.
- Validity: This eCoupon is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. Please ensure you complete your clinic visit within this window.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations on the day of the appointment will result in the coupon being marked as "used." Rescheduling on the day of the appointment incurs a ¥3,300 fee.

Note: These are the terms and conditions for "In-Clinic Treatment ePasses." They differ from "Online Treatment ePasses."
[ Expiration Date ]
This offer is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. Please be aware that the discount will expire after 90 days and can no longer be applied to your treatment.
[ Refunds & Cancelations ]
Once purchased, an ePass is generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. However, if a physician determines during the consultation that a prescription is not appropriate and does not issue a prescription, the full amount paid will be refunded. Requests to cancel an ePass or obtain a refund due to a change of mind or other customer-related reasons cannot be accommodated, even if the physician consultation has not yet taken place.
[Regarding Cancellations After Ordering]
We do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for customer convenience once an order is completed. Cancellations, returns, and refunds will not be granted for reasons such as "no longer needed," "ordered by mistake," or "product differs from expectations." Please review your order details thoroughly before purchasing
[Regarding Subscription Plans with Minimum Purchase Requirements]
For subscription plans with a minimum purchase requirement (e.g., "Minimum 2 Deliveries Required"), you cannot cancel mid-contract, return items, or receive a refund until you have completed the required number of shipments.
Example: 2-Delivery Minimum Requirement Plan
・1st Shipment: Non-refundable / Non-returnable / Cannot cancel
・2nd Shipment: Non-refundable / Non-returnable / Cannot cancel
・3rd Shipment onward: Eligible for cancellation, if requested at least 48h before the next payment date
You can request/process a cancellation starting with the next scheduled shipment, only after completing your minimum required deliveries.
